Definitely not, BR tracks are by far the worst add-on tracks ever made, the grip is jacked so far up that they're a freaking joke to drive. This guy apparently has no idea whatsoever or just can't drive, otherwise he should have noticed that his tracks are totally over-gripped, and don't provide any better racing either. At plate tracks you won't get the outside line to work this way, and at Michigan/Cali, the default version of the track has a nice competitive outside line in 2 wide situations, whereas the outside line is so much faster at the BR track that you can't pass on the inside at all unless you are much faster than the other car.
