Mehr als vier Aktuatoren mit SimFeedback betreiben

Hi zusammen, bin neu hier :)

Ich überlege mir mein Rig um SFX-100 Aktuatoren zu erweitern. Das ganze möchte ich als eine Plattform gestalten, damit es später erweiterbar ist.
Laut Dokumentation ist das Arduino Interface nur auf bis zu vier Aktoren ausgelegt. In SimFeedback habe ich keine Option gefunden, um weitere Interfaces zu konfigurieren.
Habe ich ich die Möglichkeit mehr als vier Aktoren zu betreiben? Was brauche ich dazu?

Ganz klar ja. Jeder weitere Arduino wird nicht direkt in der GUI konfiguriert, sondern über die textuelle Config-Datei.
SimFeedback unterstützt problemlos auch sogar einen 3ten Leo noch.
Für jeden zusätzlichen Arduino Leo kannst dann wieder 4 Aktuatoren mehr ansteuern

hallo Kollegen. Ich habe heute webseite opensfx.com gefunden. Dazu Info und technische Beschreibung wie koennen wir eine Motion Platform bauen. Ich moechte sehr gern starten. Ich benutze ACC . Ich moechte sehr gern solche Simulator bauen aber dazu noch 5.Antrieb fuer Traktionverlust. Geht das? Ich bin heute erste mal bei euch. Ich moechte gern Mitglider sein. First of all "Hello" for you as new member here in forum.
Please read above (in german language if possible) which already answers your basic question :-)
Anyways like posted above here again in a few more sentences:

First motion controller (Arduino Leonardo) indeed supports up to 4 actuators for default motion platform. This can already be used with SimFeedback (SFB) standard (free) license for basic setup and tests; this also can be used as full simulator system. Additionally by proceeding some report (most commonly pictures) of this on your own done building procedure (acc. to information given on OpenSFX website) you can apply here to find a sponsor who can the one hand help if any issue during build may occur but especially this person will be needed to be able to get additional expert license of SFB software from the SFX project team (sponsor must be a existing user of SFX-100 with existing expert license); this will extend SFB application for more detailed settings. Besides of this expert license comes also with access to SFX-100 Owners Club which is discord channel where quite huge count of additional information between SFX users are exchanged (like DIY build plans and designs for those additional functions (TL, Surge, BT etc.) as also software settings / profiles for various simulations.

Second after basic SFX-100 system would have been build by yourself, you will always be able to extend functionality with things like TL because SimFeedback software supports additional controller (another Arduino Leonardo board using same firmware as 1st motion controller; this 2nd controller will support again up to 4 more actuators which can be used for functions like e.g. traction loss (TL), surge, belt tensioner etc.).

As you will have recognized (reading in on OpenSfx.com) this is a system for step-by-step DIY work (you should really take some time to collect all information and build things with patience; as you may know "Rome wasn't built in a day"), but already in VR forum you will get quite many information on build procedure as also if some help is needed forum members would assist you.

Anyways basic suggestion for you can just be to search here in forum in RIG -> DIY threads and reading given detail information (for you it may be a pity that various parts of information may only be available in german language here), but you can also find similar information e.g on Racedepartment and especially all documentation of SFX100-project are available on OpenSfx.com in english language.
And if needed write a post here in forum if specific support would be needed and you will always also get answers from english speaking members in here who will try to help, too.
