Bei Iracing kann man sich sicher sein, das die Fahrzeuge auf realen Daten beruhen, bei den ganzen Budenmods werden solang die Werte hin und herschoben, bis der Modder meint, glücklich mit dem Fahrverhalten zu sein und da gibt es viel Schund der mit der realen Vorlage mal eben Garnichts zu tun hat. Auf diese ARt von Vielfallt kann ich verzichten, die meisten Mods lassen sich wie synthetische Pixel eben über den Bildschirm schubsen, eckig, digital, wie autofahren fühlt sich das nicht an, dabei ist die GTR2 Physik sschon gut, nur investieren eben viele Modder nicht die Sorgfalt wie der GT Legends Workshop mit dem Power & Glory Mod für GTR2.

Ein 10 Jahre altes Spiel, das kein Triple Screen, oder VR-Brille unterstützt? Wo gibt's denn sowas? :)

Bin selbst GPL und RBR gefahren, als ich noch keine Ahnung hatte, wie man es hinbekommt, dass man es in Widescreen fahren kann. Wo ein Wille ist ist auch ein Weg, Robert. :p

Der P&G-mod v3.2 läuft bei mir sehr gut auf Triple. Weiß zwar nicht was die da gemacht haben bzw. wie die das hinbekommen haben, aber wenn man bedenkt das die Sim nun ca. 10 Jahre auf dem Buckel hat ist das echt MEGA ! Fahre ich lieber als zig andere aktuelle sims, das macht echt mächtig Spass.

In order to avoid on-line mismatch, some advanced patches/fixes are not available for stock cars/tracks but only for HQ Cars & Tracks when you select them in menu :
> fixed Donington pitcrew position, added Oschersleben startlights fix by derDumeklemmer, fixed Donington/Enna max vehicles, adusted AI qualification/race speed, fixed Oschersleben safety car position, fixed GDB championships in order to skip Qualif.1 (to avoid random grid bug), added zbuffer shadow in CAS files (gives more fps with New Gfx by Syhlif32), increased seat position range, adjusted driver position for all cars to avoid glitches such as driver in mirror (especially shoulders), hands collisions with legs when turning steering wheel, hand and shift stick collisions. Unfortunately some cars have not got enough space for legs so you may still see collision glitches with feet/floor especially when you use pedals.

> HQ tyres : First, many thanks to my beta testers for their feedback, initially Syhlif32 was the first to show me the way, then Shovas gave me precious feedback and more recently TzZyO gave me tips to improve them. I have spent quite a year of work on these HQ tyres with thousands of test laps : 38 different tyres * 6 compounds * 4 laps minimum to reach optimum tyre temperatures = 912 test laps each time you modify values in TYR files !
And now you ask why I did that ? Simply because I have always found that stock tyres have got too much grip in dry conditions and very weak grip in wet conditions, so I reduced grip in dry and I increased grip in wet. My tyres are a lot more hardcore to play in dry weather, especially with hard compounds, so remember these advices : HQ tyres need at least 3 laps to reach optimum temperature in order to gain max grip, so be nice on accelerator the first 3 laps and especially the first one. Be careful with accelerator in corners/curves (just imagine driving with an egg under accelerator), when you see the car starting to slip from back end then release accelerator and adjust only center of steering wheel in direction of the track, and only when your car is stabilized, progressively re-accelerate. As stock tyres have got glue effect, you may never used traction control with vanilla game, but with HQ tyres I recommend to enable traction control, at least on low, if you cannot stay on track or if you use keyboard/joypad controller (steering wheel is highly recommended though). Moreover, medium compounds are set by default so select soft compounds to gain extra grip, or in contrary select hard compounds if you like drift.
