Users of win2k still couldn't use the Car Camera Manager V2.0. This bug is fixed, with the help of win2k users Niko Stenberg and Ken Drouillard, I could now release GPLForeverCCM V2.1. I also added a 'start GPL' button.
Do not get confused! This version is not the Camera Control Master. It will have version number 3.0.
