[GPL] New Siffert #17 Skin for Micha's Lotus!

Allan D. has made a number 17 skin for Micha's Lotus from one of Bjoern's wonderful 16Bit skins. For those of you that are using Micha's Lotus and Bjoern's 16 Bit skins, you now have Siffert, in the Blue Lotus, but his number is 22, the same number as Bandini. This was Jo Siffert's number from 1968, as the Blue Lotus was based on a 1968 skin. Allan has made 2 mips, one for the # 17 16 bit skin, and a siffpipe.mip, to get rid of the black on the siffpipe.mip for the original 22, and then he has hexedited the siff22a.3do to make it siff17a.3do so now you can change the Jo Siffert driver.ini from 22 to 17- (the original Papy number) and voila! No more 2 number 22's in the game.
