Package includes skies, backgrounds, grass, banks, asphalt, concrete, vehicles, billboards, trees, marshall stands, buildings, spectators and some other minor stuff and tweaks.

Rouen 1.1

Rouen version 1.1 out now
I found out that one of Simon Stobbart's N4 skies matched really well to Rouen (both in terms of realism and in technical aspects) so I have updated the texture pack to version 1.1. I have also included three of the files from Keeper's update.
